Overview

Complex network of forest roads is popular OHV area.

Popular OHV area. Route selected here is just one way to go; many more connecting trails to explore. A fun area with twisting high banks, narrow sections and scenic overlooks. Lots of dispersed camping for weekend outings. Large parking and staging area at start. Follow posted rules and use marked routes only. Abuses could lead to closure of trails. Unlicensed vehicles use Trail #650 to connect to Rampart Range OHV Area to the north.

Chris says

Just did a.good section of this trail in connection with trail 83. At first things were ok, then we found that the GPS trail led us through a very narrow section(can't remember the road number) but in the book it specifically states 50" wide and there are no markings stating on the trail about it. Also in the mud hole close to the end, so be careful if it rains as you will get stuck and may be there for a while.
