Overview

Confusing network of poorly marked roads.

Remote forest land tucked in behind surrounding private mountain property. Confusing at first due to few route markers. Directions here should decrease chances of getting lost, but GPS is still recommended. Side roads not driven include F.S. 713, 714, and 717. Good area for unlicensed vehicles. Connects to Moon Gulch, Trail #40. Open all year, weather permitting.

We went there yesterday. The gate at the trailhead was locked. Foiled again!
