Overview

Final descent is best part of this trail.

You’ll pass through the heart of a popular area of San Bernardino National Forest northwest of Big Bear Lake. After passing several large F.S. campgrounds, you’ll exit the forest and descend steeply down a wild and scenic BLM road into Lucerne Valley. Large boulders provide great photo opportunities. Green-sticker vehicles allowed after Waypoint 04. Fun riding down Grapevine Canyon.
