Only in Colorado do we refer to a 12,000-ft. mountain as a “hill.” Perhaps it is because the top is rounded off rather than pointed. Regardless of what this high point is called, the views looking down on Lake City and Lake San Cristobal are impressive. In the winter, the terrain is perfect for snowmobiles.
